ADVENTURE DIARY: Laiya Trip 2013

February 15-16, 2013.

To free ourselves from stress at work, we decided to take a break and head into the beach.

Maraming magagandang resorts sa Batangas, but you can find those na maganda pero affordable.

We decided na sa Moonlight Beach Resort in Laiya. A very fun long-drive, food trip and super relaxing trip!

Sa office na kami nagkita-kita para dun mag start ang Van Rental service na kinuha namin. Umalis kami sa office ng mga 9:00AM.

New life. New Beginning.

It's been  a month since I got this "new life" of mine. I went through a major operation last September 12, 2012. That moment I thought I won't be able to survive. But then, thanks to our Mighty Creator who extended my life after the operation.

During those times, I haven't talked that much. I was thinking of these "What ifs". What if I won't be able to survive?, What if I won't have the normal life that I used to have after the operation?, What if I can't enjoy my youth after the operation?, what if? what if? what if?...

Before the operation, my HS friends pay a visit. It was a fun fun night at the hospital not thinking of the operation the next day. They told me to pray, not to loose hope, to be strong, and to think positive.

I must say I'm lucky. I was in the operating/ recovery room for 6 hours. The last memory I remembered before the operation was the anesthesiologist asking me for my name and age. Then I woke up after 6 hours because I barely can't breath well. The person I called was my father. I saw him outside the recovery room waiting for me. As the nurses took me back to my room, I finally saw the light. The worries in my heart all faded away. I felt so happy that I survived.

Now, I am thinking of living a brand new life with no worries. Will learn to take risks, to be happy each day, to forgive and forget, to continue reaching my dreams, to be contented, and to thank the Mighty Creator for extending my stay each day.

God bless everyone!:)
